Newsgroups: alt.pub.dragons-inn From: hoag@took.enet.dec.com (David A. Hoag(ie)) Subject: Is this a convention of cloak wearers? Message-ID: <1992May12.143559.24911@nntpd.lkg.dec.com> Date: Tue, 12 May 1992 14:35:59 GMT In walks a tall man with an exceptionally large build. He is wearing well weathered armor and a large sword hangs at his side. The look of his face is that of a strong, but gentle man. His atire is slighty out of place, as he wears no cloak and nothing he owns is black. "While walking through the forest I heard the most beautiful voice come from with in this tavern. I was immediately enchanted by such a tender voice that I just had to enter this inn and meet the miracle behind it." Turning to the man shouting at the Drow, a stern tone comes to his voice. "I too know of the evils of the Drow. But how is it that this one sits amongst so many with out incident? Living alone one begins to place more merit on a mans actions, not his appearance. So, I would kindly request that you join me for an ale, and, if lucky, another song from this farie."
