Seeing a few pine needles fall from above a few in the crowd notice
a young man with bright purple and green clothes, and one boot hanging overhead.
He seems to be suspended upside down but moves to a less crowded section
of the floor at which time he drops very ungracefully onto the floor with
a very load crash.  Somehow he pulls himself together removing several
pinecones and branches from his shirt.  Looking around he quickly 
asks the young man with mop to forgive him for the mess, and bows to the
bard.  However, since he sprays her and very sinister looking gentlemen 
at her table with lite blue sand that must have been in his cap. He 
introduces himself as Ratsel and quickly moves to the friendly looking 
halfling.  Calling out to the bar maid, Ratsel asks for some chicken wings.
Suddenly looking very uncomfortable and sneaking a look at Budgee sitting 
across from him, Ratsel asks Karmak if he happend to see his other boot 
come in earlier.
