Newsgroups: alt.pub.dragons-inn Subject: Caezar S'Impersi' tells a bit of himself to the Shrouded One Message-ID: <1992May14.144120.1387@gacvx2.gac.edu> From: pseudo@nic.gac.edu Date: 14 May 92 14:41:18 -0600 Caezar turns back to the shrouded one and says, "Perhaps, Milady would care to know a bit more about me or a few legends from my land? Indeed if you are a sage of historys I can relate that to you, though it tends to bore many audiences. I suppose I shall start with my tale such as it is." He leans forward on the table as his cloths change back into their normal hues. "I am from the Empire of the Imper though I am not one. I am from a different people, a hill folk north of the desert where the Imper started their empire. I have wondered the length and breadth of my world and seen many strange things. In my land we have no dwarves, gnomes, or halflings. We have only a few elves and the seclude themselves from the world. We have hobgoblins and uldra in my world, though which may seem strange to you. I am trained in the Art by Master Turakanak, at the Imperial Warlock Collge in the capital city of Impersi'. I grew up with my Lord, the Emperor, and am now his troubleshooter, counciler, and friend, though I hold no official office. I go where my Emperor needs me and do what I must to further my Nation." Caezar looks around to see if his drink is coming yet and then continues, "Anyway, good Lady, that is my tale such as it is. Now perhaps you will tell me a bit of youself. Indded, one so mysterious must have a tale that would make mine seem insignifigant." Caezar gives up on the barmaid and produces a bottle of wine and two crystal glasses from a pouch. Slowley the glasses frost over as he holds them. Then he uncorks the bottle, and pours a bit of white wine into each glass. Silently he offers on to the Shrouded Lady and leans back to listen to her tale and see what events will transpire in the inn. -- Caezar S'Impersi' Caezar the Scribe email to pseudo@nic.gac.edu
