Unfortunately, there does appear to be some confusion because of the >names of Rowan Littlefair (the innkeeper, created by Nightstalker in his >post guidelines) and Rowan Pathfinder the Bard (persona of one of the >posters). The Australian posters are used to seeing Rowan as the name of >the innkeeper, while the rest of the world identifies Rowan with the >bard. >Now that the whole world are communicating on this group, we need to >adopt >something more distinctive for Littlefair. (Nightstalker is looking over >my shoulder in RL and suggests just calling him 'Littlefair'.) "Rowan" the bard, here. I just wanted to say that I'm really sorry for all of the confusion. When I first posted, I didn't realize there was already an NPC bard and an NPC Rowan. BTW, I am not "Pathfinder," actually. THere is also a Rhoan Pathfinder, I believe.....so there are (or were) 3 of us running around, confusing things. I haven't specified a last name yet. (Perhaps, Pathmaker? :) ) Anyway, at this point I have written my character out. I'll probably continue with a few other chars via email. But I like your suggestion about calling the innkeeper simply "Littlefair," and I'm willing to have Rowan the Bard at least make appearances, if not return altogether. I could also simply have her go by her...um...MIDDLE name. Yeah. So if anyone else has any input or suggestions, or if you have so far liked the Rowan the Bard character enough for me to keep her, let me know (email is fine if you don't want to clutter up the newsgroup). Finally, I want to say that I think this is a lot of fun. Let's keep the fighting to a minimum and just enjoy each other's company. :) Music, anyone? ______ Rowan
