 Drax nods solemnly, and opens the top of the chest,showing an empty cavity
 inside.

 "Your previous perils and great integrity have paid the price of the chest
  of Mackeldvar. Perchance you will gain something which will truly aid you
  in your quest. But beware, for the gifts from the chest may be a double
  edged sword, and used without forethought they may bring more harm than good."

  With that, Drax withdraws his hand and watches as Kryalla slowly puts her
 hand inside the chest. Moments later, she withdraws her hand, which now holds
 a small brass sphere.

 "Ah, the sphere of Karillior. Legend has it that long ago, the thief Karillior
  became so enraptured with the black panthers of Zornion that he began to 
  take on some of their attributes. Soon after, his stronghold was invaded and
  looted. The only thing that remained within the now ruined stronghold was 
  this sphere. It is said that if you but put the thought of an item within
  the sphere, it will act as a guide and show the location of the item. 
  But beware, for some sights are not meant for all to see. The sphere has been
  known to damage its wielders mental state. Once, a man thought of his beloved
  son, now many years dead, while holding the sphere, and the vision of his
  son corpse, rotting in the ground, was too much for the old man too bear.
  It is a potent item, but use it wisely."

 Drax nods his head again towards the Shrouded One, and wishes her luck with
 the return she has received before the chest.
