"Oh dear!" squeaks Dougl as he observes the sun sinking under the horizon.
"I have to get back to the Keep before sundown."  Shaking the quartermaster's
shoulder, he says, "Karl, it's time to go home."

"You go on yourself, Dougl.  I have grown-up talk to do," Karl indicates
Rune, the bears and the White Minotaur.

Dougl looks around the room frantically, catching Nightstalker's eye
before the mysterious vigilante reaches the stairs.  "You'll make sure
I get home all right, won't you mister Nightslasher..stalker, sorryifyou-
pleasesir?"
