  Drax smiles, picking up the book and thinking about the Expansion of the
 Sighing Desert, some 400 winters ago. He nods solemnly as the book begins to
 open to the proper historical period.

 "This is a most wondrous book, friend Nishi. Many stories will be told from
  this receptacle tonight, I think. But first, let me peruse this portion that
  speaks of the Sighing Desert."

 So sayings, Drax bends his head down and begins to read from the book.
