I agree.  I think most of us would prefer not to have our characters
minipulated by others.  For my part, Caezar is my character and I run him. 
However, I do not mind interactive involvment (Caezar looks fondly at Lady
Azzar) as long as I know it is going to happen first, say via e-mail.  I will
be happy to sit down and work through with someone how Caezar would respond to
something if you wish to involve him, but I reserve the right to veto anything.

As a general rule of thumb, I think the house rule should be that one should
not minipulate with other characters without clearing it with their 'owners'. 
Of course anyone may place a 'play this character at will' in their sig, or
there seem to be general bar people here that everyone is allowed to use, but
these should be the exceptions, not the rule.
