Unfortunately a large number of people are finding the necesity of
reading almost everything simply too much to maintain a character in
Dragons-Inn... the rate of attrition is depressingly high.

I have some intitial suggestions:

o As already proposed, more descriptive subject lines.  At minimum they
needs to include some idea of who is involved...eg an important figure
in tht 'group'.  Like 'The Shrouded One's table'.  Unfortunately the
Shrouded on e may move.  
  So instead (as mechanistic as it may seem) an abreviation of t1 for
table one, (t2,t3 etc...) r1, r2, for royal chambers group 1, group 2,
o1, o2,o3 for outside groups etc...
  Global events capitalised: A for all in pub. R for all in royal
chambers. O for all outside (immediately outside pub) withmore letters
to denote goings on in different areas.
  Then character players need only read tn and A to keep up with all
events pertaining to their character.. and it should be easier to keep
track of who is at what table.
  If possible name of character too... but evidently follow-ups may end
up including people not originally mentioned... etc...

  So for example:  Zia: t5, Zia talks to Kadrys.
                        ...fairly descriptive tells people who s
involved with minimum of fuss.  I have found it quite difficult to keep
track of who is at what table so this should help..

It would be nice if someone could maintain a list of who is where... if
they had time :) Maybe one person at each table.. ?

I know the above has been mentioned before but we really need some
semi-formal detailed system.


o It is self-evident that the time line will get shot to hell, and that
some people will be able to post more than others.  Fine.  So let us
formalise this by saying some Deity/Near-Deity/Pizza Delivery boy drops
in delivers a device which stuffs up the time line and promptly departs
again... everyone scratches their heads a while and then forgets about
it.
  Result:  Some people can be seen in multiple places!  Conducting
discusions from their past and/or future!
           Outside time has little to do with in side time... one patron
walks in and the outside is sunny... the next straight after and it is
night time...
           Some events, despite being global events, are simply never
Seen by some poeple... they simply haven't seen it yet, despite the fact
that it has already happened.  Some events, despite being amazingly mind
blowing simply pass portions of the bar by without them ever noticing.
            The bar has been badly disorted... there are now 18 seperate
corners!  And they are all right angles!
            The wine cellar is n-dimensional and self restocking...
strange that :)

OK, I know all this would happen anyway, but I find it mildly
disconcerting that there is no explanation for it....
  So if there are no objections a Pizza Delivery Van will drive up and...


Sorry for the length of this posting, but it would be a real shame to
see any more really good characters leave for want of time....
