The block of ice leans precariously against the wall, groaning and sputtering as the two wizards cast conflicting spells of melting and freezing on it. Occasionally, a geyser of steam or a burst of hail erupts from its cracked and pitted surface. At its base, a pool of slush churns dangerously. Alas! Poor Drax, who had entertained the patrons fo this bar almost singlehandedly these past few days, has just slipped in the slush puddle, hit his head on a table, and died. Just like that. Who would have guessed that a harmless block of ice could wreak such havoc in an inn full of adventurers? -- Rigler (aka 'Thk') --
