(Colin nods to Azzar about not needing the rope, and puts it away as Azzar
melts the ice on the trident.)
While maintaining a close watch on the silent dark elf (he sounds like one
to me, apologies if I am mistaken), Colin takes the trident. "A useful talent
lady," he says. He hefts the trident experimentally, then plucks the scale
(not without effort) from the tines. "What manner of sea creature has a scale
like this?"he wonders aloud, then passes the trident to Littlefair.
Taking further stock of the lizard-man's panopoly, he says to Azzar, "He
appears to have been caught in battle underwater. Does he have any gills?
It would be death to leave him out in the air if this is true."
"And I feel my manners are failing me. Allow me to introduce myself. I am
Colin Silvertree, Ranger of the Wood."
