Subject: ADMIN: A few comments from The Nightstalker

Greetings members of the Inn.  A few comments.

The purpose of the Inn if for players of fantasy rpgs to interact in
character.  There are two ways that this is done.

Story telling, ie sharing of roleplaying experience, new monsters, 
etc in character.  I myself just write out from my head, but also
from adventures (when I can get a gaming session together).

Interactive fiction on the net.  To those who thought that this was
contrary to the idea of the group, sorry that is not correct.  It is
to be encouraged.

A few tips on interactive threads.

Post a starting post where you set out both in character, and an ADMIN
section detailing a few things.  Ask for email followup.
Then, each post in the thread should have
i/ an original subject line, no RE:, or at least add something in
front of the old one to show continuity.
ii/ a line at the start listing involved characters.

ii/ is necessary so people can follow/not follow the thread at their 
choice.  

If people wish to join a thread while it is still going, they should email
and involved character, and then wait to be invited (don't gate crash).


Please use other parts of the city/land.  Even use the world you come from.
We can assume an AD&D multiverse idea if you wish to use other planes,
eg etheral, Hades etc.
