"Yes," Azzar re-iterates, "what haven't you told us?  This appears to be an
isolated incident."  She studies Banner's face and eyes. "Or IS it?" she
presses.  Her manner completes a transformation from a cheerful, friendly
disposition to an icy, rigid, and closed one as she says with hints of steel in
her voice, "What ELSE has happened?"  Her eyes take on a cold glitter and the
light blue in them becomes quite stormy.
