Message-ID: <1992Jun7.095930.9188@uniwa.uwa.edu.au> Keywords: Tvarne, Captain, Kron Date: Tue, 2 Jun 1992 21:13:40 GMT ADMIN: Reposted yet again, perhaps this time it might get beyond spawning fun little processes, at least news seems to be getting in again... Only three fires, Bakr? This is the dragons-inn! There must be at least 5 :) While Panarchus has the guardsmen hold Kron, and reads him his lack of rights, the Captain enters, "Hey Kron, you and I have some business to attend to..." "HERE NOW, friends!" shouts Kron. "I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation for all this! I'll just go with this man down to the Keep, we'll clear up a few details, and I'll be back terribly soon. I'm sure this is just a simple mix-up." To Panarchus: "Sir, you have made one heck of an error here." "I doubt that very much. Guardsmen, the chains." Several men produce irons and securely lock Kron up. Though not surprised at Kron's desision, Tvarne involuntarily clenchs his fists as they bind Kron with chains. Forcing his hands to relax, he turns to the Captain, "Though I cannot afford to pay for more than minor repairs to your ship, I have capable hands that would do well to be distracted for the nonce." As Tvarne walks to the bar, ...sage raises his voice to demand, "Who will help to clear Kron's name and help purge this city of evil?" Pausing, Tvarne replies, "Methinks your talents are well sufficient to discover what bodes here, though I would be honoured if you would contact me should any of my skills be of use, I will be at the docks." Continuing to the bar, Tvarne organises for Maleui's food and board to be charged to his tab, handing over coin to cover his current tab, and enough for a room and meals for a week in advance. After collecting the pack from his room, passing Maleui on his way to the door, he puts his hand on the big man's shoulder, "My room is yours until you can establish yourself, as is your food provided for.". Turning again before he leaves, he again addresses Maleui, "'Tis I honouring a debt here, not you obtaining one. Good luck my friend." ADMIN: Sorry for the rushed post, I have exams for the next two weeks, and if I intend to pass any of them I can't afford to be actively involved, thus Tvarne will be at the docks helping the Captain until I come back... Treat Tvarne as an NPC should you actually need a warrior (or mundane healer), you can mail me if you need any details on his abilities, I will read mail fairly frequently. It's been fun, see you all in a few weeks, Sean. -- Tvarne Nillun -- aka Sean A Reith (gusar@uniwa.uwa.edu.au)
