Characters involved: Brycur and Luthor

Brycur approaches the table at which Luthor sits, a fresh mug of ale in his
hand, courtesy of Luthor.  He points to an empty chair and says, "may I?"

Luthor smiles and replies, "please."

"First thanks for the ale.  Second, my name is Brycur.  You said when you
arrived here that you had lost seven friends.  Care to tell how?"  

Brycur eases back into his chair and drinks heartly from his mug.  He waits
patiently for a reply from Luthor
