Lathan is taking on the leader, Brycur is beating another, and Salamander just ran another down...leaving ONE! Murell looked at the man who he was going to kill. He was no more than twenty years old and Murell felt sorry for him...for about a second. The bandit charged at him and managed to graze Murell's side...it didn't cut through the skin, but there would be an awful bruise tomorrow. Unfortunately for the bandit, his unskilled and clumsy attack left him vulnerable. As he passes Murell, he was struck in the back of the head with the point of Murell's sword, killing him instantly. After that, Murell looked around the battle scene. Brycur and Salamander had taken out their opponents and the bandit leader was fighting the now unseen Lathan. "Sal, Brycur, glad you could make it..." he said. "NO!" yelled Salamander, but it was too late. From the forest came three bolts of magic that hit Brycur.
