I think this one's..." shouted Brycur, stopped short by a kick >to his sore ribs. > The someone, named Brycur, was hurt. Prastin rolled to his feet and >then fell over again as his injured leg gave out under his weight. Fresh >blood began to pour from the wound and pain wracked his body. Brycur reared back in pain from the shot which he took to his sore ribs. His eyes began to tear up from the pain . . . and also from the rage. He was never much of one for controlling his temper, and he had suffered enough abuse to last him a while. There was the initial injury inflicted by the mob, the magic missles which scorched one of his favorite shirts, and now he just got kicked in the ribs by some one who was supposedly dead. 'This little party is going to have to have a meeting to discuss how to finish-off an opponent' he thought as he unsheathed his sword and stood himself up straight again. He looked down at the bandit who was trying to drag himself away from the obviously infuriated Brycur, a look of fear was in his eyes when he saw Brycur unsheath his sword. "Sore leg huh? That's too bad. Let me help you out with that," Brycur said as he raised his sword above his head, pointing down at the Bandits leg. He grunted as he rammed the sword through the bandits leg, pinning it to the ground. "Um...Brycur," said Luthor, but Brycur's ears were deaf to Luthor's calling. The bandit let out a loud cry of pain as Brycur circled around and kicked the bandit square in the face. "Shut up!" Brycur growled at the bandit through clenched teeth and proceeded to kick the bandit several times in the ribs and chest. The bandit stopped with the loud screaming but continued to groan and wimper in pain. "Brycur!" Luthor shouted, but Brycur either could not or would not hear him. Brycur took a look at his pathetic victim and, just for an instant, felt sorry for him. But it was onlt an instant. Brycur removed this sword from the bandits leg and held the point right in front of the bandit's face. He again raised the sword above his head and this time sent the blade crashing through the Bandit's skull, killing him instantly. "BRYCUR!" Luthor yelled. "WHAT?" Brycur shouted back, finally hearing him. "Well...never mind. I was just going to say that we may want to question him about the note," said Luthor, turning over the bandits body with his foot. "Oh...why didn't you say something?" Brycur said and began to laugh until the pain in his side made him stop. -Brycur the Vengeful Merchant
