Time:  About 6:30 am (morning of the disappearance of The Wyeriun and Ezrin)
Place:  The Pub

   Just as a few of the guests are enjoying their breakfasts, a
sweating, out-of-breath Seaguard opens the front door and trudges in.  He
pulls a piece of parchment (one of several) from a leather satchel, and
proceeds to post it on the wall:

       |                                                          |
       |   Anyone with ability to find lost persons or articles   |
       |       please report to the nearest Seaguard Tower.       |
       |                                                          |
       |           Useful information will be rewarded.           |
       |                                                          |

   The Seaguard then turns and addresses the guests of the Inn.  "If you
or someone you know can help us find some missing individuals, please have
them report to one of the Seaguard Towers as soon as possible.  There's
a reward for information helping us to find them.  Pass the word."

   As quickly as he entered, he closes his satchel and leaves.

ADMIN:  This post is entirely meant to add a bit of drama to my
Sea Watch thread.  It can be entirely ignored, or some kind soul
with the right abilities could lend their abilities to the Seaguards
for a post or two.

   Anyone on the streets of Generica will observe several Seaguards
running door-to-door, posting notices and seeking out anyone with the
ability to find missing persons.

   Note: None of them are revealing exactly WHO it is that they are
looking for (in fact, very few of them actually know)!
