Brent was momentarily silent. Hopefully, he HAD been masking a good part of
his thought process, even if he WAS far from the only one who knew most of
the information. Since Brent felt Zebron had determined everything so far by
deduction --the same way he had-- he interrupted the comment as basically a
bluff. The thief reference was not only unuseful, but also almost an insult
to Brent's abilities. He might have to do something about that to gain
Zebron's respect and/or trust.
"Well, I've had more than my share of dealings with thieves, believe you me!",
Brent announced, finding the exchange almost humorous in a way.

Brent was briefly introduced to the party, including the sleeping Khisanth.

Brent mentally recorded the piece of information. Surely either woman was
beautiful enough to enter a man's dreams, but THIS was another story!

After accepting a chair, he spoke: "Well, I'll wait a bit, although sleep
is starting to sound good to me, and it's not like I can't come back in
the morning. At the least, why don't you tell me what YOU know about
Zebron, as well as perhaps how this group came together, at least for my
own interests."
