[ADMIN]:  Yes, Captain remains a sleeping character, but I had an hour or two
and read the last 200 or so articles, so I thought I could contribute.  My
contributions will remain sporadic and I won't do anything to significantly
change the plot since I'm no longer on most of your mailing lists (and
rightly so).

Seer's confused chortling ended in a quiet "ACK" as Kron quickly throttled
him and with the uniqueness of Darth Vader dangled him over the nearest 
balcony.  Captain was trying desperatly to see through the thick fog and
discern any possible threat to his Lady protectorate.  This type of search was
something that Captain was particularly good at as he had to be able to see
around and through swirling fog to guide his ship.  It seemed he had a
sixth sense when facing fog and his eyes made out a slight glint at the wall
near the doorway.  Captain gripped his drawn longsword and used its eerie
glow to see better.  He found a small box of joystix (still full) sitting
butted up against the wall.  Thinking that these may be useful sometime, he
picked them up and put them in his pouch.

When he rejoined the party at the doorway to the room Azzar asked, "Well, what
did you find?"  Her voice was lilting and inquisitive, she seemed quite certain
that Kron had things in hand.  Captain also hoped that she was a little less
tense due to his close examination of the room.  "I found a box of joystix still
full.  You never know when we might need a bribe or an intoxicating weapon."
Azzar smiled and looped her arm through his.  The image of her naked body
flitted in and out of Captain's mind.  Along with this image, the emotions from
Nestor's returned and Captain made a mental note to find out more about this
woman who was both warrior and (it would appear) pleasure slave.  It crossed
his mind that, like her tatoos, her life was more complex the closer you got.
