"Interestingly enough, I do. You see, that is why I am here. Last
time I just stopped through, but there was such a large amount of people here
wwho seem the type that would be interested in what I found out."
Sitting in a chair, he reaches inside his black leather jacket, adorned
with the same metal buckles, zippers and chains, ""If you would take a look at
this..." He holds forth a glossy piece of parchment. "I found that in the
archives of the Interplanetary Wizards Council on Eridan four."
Anticipating the odd look he would recieve for the unusual texture of
the paper, he waves his hand, "don't mind that, its some of that high bond
paper the mages use, guaranteed for up to a thousand years."
"If you would be interested, we could gather some more 'brave souls' and
investigate this Planet of Blackhawk...?" Looking around the tavern, he speaks
to those paying attention, "Is there anybody who feels like exploring new
worlds, finding new civilizations...oh sorry, I've been watching to many 20th
century re-runs. But I do need some help."

*ADMIN, for those who peer or view the parchment, it is magical
coordinates of a gate to an unusual world called the Planet of Blackhawk. The
paper seems to have been torn from a book. It is written as a report, and has
a summary:

"Although not much is known of the surface of Blackhawk, it is known
that there is an entire civilization of people living beneath the ground in
massive interconnecting chambers and rivers. A singular group of mages is
believed to have built Blackhawk, and brought the people to Blackhawk. They
have servants, known as the Overlords, who watch the populance, guaranteeing
that it does not get out of hand. There were four distinct races, all of the
Homo Sapiens classification:
	Homo Sapiens Astutus (Humans)
Homo Sapiens Eldae Saxum (Elves, burly and stong in stature-rock elves)
Homo Sapiens Eldae Sedito (Elves, red hair tall, lithe frame)
 	Homo Sapiens Pumilio Saxum (Dwarves)
Homo Sapiens Fae Naias (Water Fae)
There are several separate city states, along with a stong church,
which is a twisted version of the Zurvian faith. This, along with the odd
technology (Energy weapons, Prosthetics, alongside a medieval society), leads
me to believe the Blackhawk Mages have pulled the people from this plane. I
reccomend that further investigation is made to find the Newtonian location of
the Planet of Blackhawk, and to release its people from their inprisonment.
