From below the hood, a giggle rises to a crescendo of disturbing laughter. A slender hand lifts the hood to reveal Melandra who has some ash on her face and slightly singed eyebrows. "I'll be ready as soon as I change....." and with that she runs across the crowded room and disappears upstairs. Within minutes she appears dressed in another dark grey cloak, which is far too big for her, with a small metal clasp holding it in place. "Well ready.........come on........dont just sit there....". This is said in a hurried, almost frantic tone and comes at a fast pace. Her eyes begin to glow with a strange reddish tint and the whole face seems to change subtly. Then her body relaxes and the face softens as she seems to catch the anxious stares of those at the table. "I apologise, perhaps you had better equip yourselves for our mission this night. I have all I need with me". Mel waves a hand out to the side and the cloak opens to reveal her partly leather clad body along with assorted bottles and pockets. At her side can be seen a scabbard containing what looks to be a sword. Melandra the takes back her seat and waits for the others to ready themselves. Mel Slightly Insane Elf.
