"That's right lad," said the moon elf in a slow, steady tone, "Life isn't all
a question of black and white."

Zebron smiled slightly at his little joke.

"You came looking for the people who committed an evil crime and instead found
weary travellers who have been tricked and duped into an act they truly
regret while on a noble mission. You want to take an action, but know not
what the honorable thing to do is."

Zebron, the 'moon elf' rose from the table and extended his arm in friendhip
towards the lad. "I'm sure I speak for the rest of my friends when I say
that if you still thirst for justice, you are more than welcome to join us."

"But we really must be going. Any delay we have is too long."

Zebron heads at a steady pace towards the stables, hoping to leave the town
before the local law arrives.

Dusk caws twice, then flaps his wings to fly from the table and perch on
Zebron's shoulders.
