Dawn was breaking when Khisanth awoke Alaric.  He stretched, then swept her
in his arms, stealing a kiss before leaving her to her preparations for the
day's journey.  

Time to warm up.  He drew his sword, beginning a slow, graceful sworddance
to stretch his tight muscles and sharpen his coordination. The dance
increased in tempo as the adrenalin began to flow...

The dance ended, and Alaric noticed Mathew watching him with obvious
interest.  Perhaps some sparring would help both of them.

He smiled at the young man.  "Care for a bout?"
