The tattered figure clutched his book tighter to his chest and wandered
over to the freshly posted advertisment and scanned it's contents.

"What do you think Lex," the man apparantly queried thin air. Any observers
might have been surprised to see the leather etched eyes on the book flip open
and a mouth suddenly grin from the tome.
"Undoubtedly, you gargantuan goon, we'll both wind up as dinner for some
scuzzy troll!" the book reiterated, "any idiot in their right mind would walk
away from this posting right now, but of course you're not in your right mind
are you idiot?".
  "That's what I thought you'd say, I think I'll go for it."

"Whatever, it's pointless to have a battle of wits with someone who is
unarmed, no doubt you'll get us both killed, it'd serve me right associating
with a degenrated scum faced puss mug like you," Lex continued to insult
Winter with varied discriptions of what he could do with parts of his anatomy.
Ignoring him Winter headed towards the lit corner, wishing he had a nice
quiet dictionary instead.
