Aylyra looked up from the scripture she was reading. An expensive volume it
was too, for it was made of parchment made from cured animal hides, freely
given (the animals had died of natural causes- she would never think of harming
a live animal for something a paltry as a text- and NEVER EVER kill a tree
for the purpose of making paper!)

She saw two figures walking up towards her. One had a fistful of darts, the
other was clutching a book in his hands. Niether one was an unusual sight until
she noticed:
1) there were many punctures in the message board, including one in her
posting.
2) The book seemed to be WATCHING her.
Of course, having a brother who is one of the most learned sages, having many
enchanted tomes, she was not shocked or stunned, just surprised and a bit
curious. Once the two had both gotten relatively close to her she closed
her book and began to speak.

"Since you have come over here, I assume that for your own reasons, be it
random choice," she looked at the man with the darts, "or some other reason,"
she glaced at the man with the book, "you have decided to help me. Before I
go on with any details not mentioned in my post on the bulletin board, I
would like to know a little about you," then, almost as an afterthought, "I'm
sorry, I should introduce myself first. I am Aylyra of the temple of Eetzim
of Qurqir. [note: Qurqir is pronounced quir-KEER] I have only recently come
to Generica, but was told this inn was a good place to gather help. I will
accompany any group who accepts my mission in the capacity of a healer, and
of one with knowledge about known entities that we may meet.
"But anyway, have a seat," she gestures to two other chairs at the table,
and then orders a bottle of wine and two more glasses. "Unless you would
prefer ale?"
