	Mikar looked around at the early morning crowd at the Happy Mage.  
And a motely group it was too.  Most of them were students whose room and
board was paid by the University, they were ordering coffee and various degrees
of breakfast.  Then there were the traveller's.  Anyone who had heard stories
about the University of Generica had also heard stories about the Happy Mage
Inn.  An Inn that was never in the same spot two days in a row, and that always
had a room or two available, no matter how manny people were in it... well
that's the kind of thing worth taking a look at!
	Which suited Ashford von Hardryvz fine!  The young theif looked over at
the older man.  His red beard contrasted with his dirty blond hair, but it did
help to give the 300 pounder's face a much less boyish cast.
	Mikar's mind turned to the recent past.  His in particular.  He had
gone from being a thief and street child, selling whatever he could for money,
and worshiping Besht occaisonally/ to a semi-respectable part-time student at
the Univesity of Generica.  He thought back to how this change had taken place.
	Nikola had walked up to him and hired him for sex.  Nikola had been
cursed by a lust witch and had sworn not to lay with a woman until he had
killed her.  But Achtyl had been a powerful witch so...  Then Mikar had taken
Nikola to the temple and with the help of Seline, Seln, and Aurro they had
defeated the witch.  Then they had gone on to hunting down her Demon servants.
	Nikola had married Seline and Mikar had given up his life on the
streets (well, mostly) for life at the University.
	Mikar shook himself from his revery and started off, heading to another
Inn to ask around about any Cat-men who had been lost in the storm...
