After they had left the Inn, Winter grabbed the book out from under his arm, and propped it up on a window. "Dammitt Lex, can't you try to not embarass me in front of these people." "I could try you miserable son of an ape, but it wouldn't do much good, you're more than capable of embarrassing yourself, I just help you along." The book *chortled* "Well the least you could do is conjure me up some new clothes, these 'rags' are hardly worthy of a sorceror like myself." "Oh so now you're a sorceror are you, just this morning you were fish bait and now you claim to be a wizard." The book started *howling* with laughter. "What do I look like your slave, do it yourself oh mighty one." "That's it, I'm done with you, I'm not going to take it anymore. Either fix my clothes or you're going into the first fire I see." Winter angrily waved his arms about and did an obscene gesture towards the book. "Okay, okay, no need to regress into infancy." The books pages began turning rapidly untill they came to a section entitled "Enchantments for Restoring what is Destroyed", "just read the second spell there," the tome said. "Uh, Carpe, corpo, tremed, dach." As the last word exited Winter's mouth a blue light engulffed the two. After a few moments it ceased and Winter was dressed in nothing but a pair of polka-dotted boxer shorts with an embarrassing tear in the back. "You idiot, its Carpe, Corpa, what should I expect from an ingrate like you try it again numbskull and this time get it right." Winter repeated the spell, correctly this time and was soon dressed in a leather Jerhkin and a white travelling cloak. "That's more like, now maybe we can get something done," he said *proudly* to the book. Winter tucked Lex back under his arm and reentered the inn.
