How about this: we only post one ADMIN posting per week instead of all the
weekly reference material.  This ADMIN would simply tell the reader where
to send e-mail requesting the character lists, FAQ, Atlas, etc...

Sure, it will be more work for me and the other ADMIN people, but I'll
do it for the benefit of the group's success.

We'll call it something like:

ADMIN: How to get APDI Reference Material

     Love and Peace and Spring Cleaning,
