<please forgive any roughness...it's been a few years for the creative juices>

A brief bright flash and a few patrons seeing spots are all that remain to 
indicate that the bearded gentleman leaning against the east wall just arrived.
He stands wearing a forest green doublet with a solitary yellow arrow pointing
down, embroidered from shoulder to waist directly over his right breast.  There
are no other obviously distinguishing features.

After a few moments of tugging on his beard, he lazily strolls to the bar and
pulls a piece of parchment from his left sleeve and places it upon the bar,
along with a few coins.  After a few brief words with the bar-keep he pulls a 
chair to east wall, leans back and promptly falls asleep.  the bar-keep posts 
the parchment for all to read.

If looked at for any period longer than an incidental glance the parchment
speaks:

Needed,
Honest men to travel into caves to gather gems.  Any background, or skills.
Good pay, meals provided.

WARNING, potentially dangerous.

If interested, wake sleeping gentleman to your right.
