You walk out of the Inn, and see a drastically changed world.  Every
surface is covered with green pieces of paper, about the size of a playing
card.  The ground, buildings, plant life, and even some creatures that
must have been moving too slow, all are covered with these green cards. 
In some places, the cards have been applied layer upon layer, up to a
finger's length deep!  You glance at several, and they all say the same
thing:

letters appears in the sky.  You don't have a chance to read it,
because at the same time a voice that permeates every corner of
the city announces:

WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.  THE AUTHORS OF THE "GREEN CARD"
ADVERTISEMENT MISAPPLIED A SPELL.  THEY ARE BEING PUNISHED.  THEY HAVE
BEEN CHARGED THE ENERGY COST TO POST AND REMOVE ALL OF THEIR MESSAGES. 
THEY SHOULD PAY OFF THEIR DEBT IN 379 YEARS, 213 DAYS, 16 HOURS, 31 1/2
MINUTES.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
