Jones noticed the traveller...who didn't look quite as out of place as
did Jones.  At any rate, one never knew where business might be
done.  

Jones (dressed in a dark suit, sunglasses <Yes, inside the Inn>, and
a tan trenchcoat...with a bulge under the left shoulder of the suit) 
walks over to Foxmore, extends a hand, and smiles.
After introductions, Jones offers to buy F. a drink...
Jones says to F. "So...are you a tourist like myself?  You
do not appear to be one of the usual idealistic crusaders who
seem to pass this way."
