Guldur mentally flips through his list of virues and scruples,
find nothing except a small joted note that he must try be more

Guldur is momentarily distracked as a lady enters the bar and makes her way
to a table.

After taking a huge gulp of his beer, Guldur says "Ah, a little redistribution
of wealth and reorginzation of govermental structures, ... Happens all the
time.  Yes, and maby during the period of goverment by our 'appointed' we
could maby launch into a Reconstruction Development Plan (RDP), greatly to
the benefit of the good people of the Kingdom. This unfortunatly requires
a modirate increase in taxes.
... Oh, we can also throw a good party to celibrate the change."
