Noticing that there are no "Kill the smokers!" signs around...and that there is a slight draft pulling air away from the table, he follows a standard ritual of packing and then lighting his pipe. "There are certainly some advantages to the rustic environment." he thinks to himself. While relaxing thusly, he notices a certain amount of psi activity around the table, but since it doesn't really concern him, he tries to ignore it. # for whomever is interested.
