Henderson's face brightens, You are touching on a favourite subject.
" Red Mercury? no never heard of it. Could be a derivative from 
Mercury Fulminate. If so, it is nasty stuff. Fulminate is very 
sensitive to heat and shock, 1 part Mercury to 10 parts Nitric acid 
and 10 parts Ethanol. Very unstable probably not good in these 
conditions."

Do I sense a hint of guerilla warfare here? Well then here is a 
suggestion

:	Armed Propaganda Teams (EPA) are formed through a careful selection of persuasive and 
:highly motivated guerrillas who move about within the population, encouraging the people to 
:support the guerrillas and put up resistance against the enemy. It combines a high degree of political 
:awareness and the "armed" propaganda ability of the guerrillas toward a planned, programmed, and

Henderson adopts his morale boosting air.
