Personality and relevant history:

Halgorn Ereyiel is a half-elven 'Ranger Lord' whose substantial woodcraft,
coupled is with significant battlefield experience. His service to the
House of Ereyiel included work as a scout, forayer, officer, and spy.
Although he is at home among high elves, wood elves, soldiers of all
breeds, and humans of noble birth, he is not effective in a city, nor does
he comprehend the seamier side of human civilization.

For the most part, he does not wish to remedy that lapse in his
education. <G> Though he will associate with any race willing to ally
themselves with the House or its servants, he does not seek the
companionship of those without elven blood.

Moreover, though he has traveled widely, he is no scholar. Basic
literacy he does have, as well as skill with maps. His chief ambition,
apart from finding his brother, is to return home, establish a freehold
on the crown lands, and serve the House as a knight of the vanguard.

Well, that about covers it. Updates will follow as necessary, though
I think the best 'sense' of a character comes from reading him.

Ttyl,

D'Maris
