This is basically a useless post being made because my email attempts to
get to this person are bouncing, and he asked me a question.  Everyone
except Jeff Simon can ignore this.

Panarche is not one of my characters, Jeff.  You may use him as you
wish without any interference from me.  (Though, if the guy who *does* own
him is around, that doesn't necessarily mean it's "all clear".)  Panarche
is not related to Arcania Dorval in any way, he just happens to be listed
next to her in the FAQ (apparently; I haven't looked that close, but I assume
that's the cause of the misunderstanding).
