The steam gently rises from the mug of tea, as Sara quietly looks over
the varied occupants of the Inn. As she picks up the mug the sleeve of
her tunic slips up her shoulder revealing a tatoo of a multi-colored
dragon. In the pale light of the Inn it seems to be almost moving.
Criss-crossing white scars cover the rest of her lightly tanned arms, yet
she seems to be carrying nothing but a couple of daggers. After a few
moments a large burly man comes and sits at the table and draws something
on table. Sara smiles and nods. "Welcome Darian. Have you heard anything
from the Company lately." Darian frowns and answers, "not recently, all
traces of them have disappeared since they went into hiding last spring."
"Not good, not good. Any news of the swords being found yet." "Actually
two have been found, Shadow and Drake." "Interesting, Illusion and War,
you'd think that Wayfinder would have been first." "Here is the book you
requested, m'lady." Darian slides a small leather bound diary across the
table and Sara quickly hides it within her loose tunic. "Be careful, all
is not what it seems to be this time around." At that Darian stands and
quickly leaves the Inn.
Sara stands and gathers her gear together and after a brief discussion
with the Inn keeper heads up to a room. A single candle burns through out
the night, from its stand on the reading desk...

"Watch your back, shoot straight, conserve ammo,
and never ever cut a deal with a dragon."
